Allen’s passion for live entertainment began as a High School sophomore in the late ‘80s. Since then he has worked in theaters large and small, toured the world with major artists, supported the launch of dozens of products and built networks for some of the biggest festivals in the United States. With this myriad of experience, Allen endeavored to expand into IT Logistics, Esports, software development and permanent installations. Roundrock Technology is the result of over 30 years in live entertainment, bringing speed, efficiency and scalability to the entertainment industry and beyond.

Shannon’s relationship with live entertainment began with her on stage, performing with various national tours throughout the United States and Europe. She transitioned her performing arts career into an administrative career but stayed within Entertainment, as she rose through the ranks to become the Human Resources Director for Showtime Networks in the Los Angeles office. As her path in HR continued, Shannon contributed to the growth of many small and mid-sized businesses as an HR consultant. Her transition to Roundrock Technology was a strategic opportunity for the growth of the company. Her contributions continue to establish Roundrock Technology as a best in class employer and service provider.
